air suspension

Hi Guys
Please help
RR L322 petrol 2003
Centre console switch for air suspension stop working
After I change piston ring on air compressor
I trying disconnect battery but now got message air suspension inactive
Tool from eBay for reset air suspension cost from 160-200£
Is any another way to reset it?

Have you done the steering wheel lock to lock after the battery disconnect to reset air suspension ?
