after dealing with a very helpful LR customer services employee, re the absence of Metal pedals on my RR I today got a not altogether unexpected reply;
"sorry, not the outcome I wanted to present to you, but I have been asked to point out that LR reserve the right to alter specs without notification"

and look, they changed the website since my enquiry f kers

If I was spending the kind of money you are, I'd be rather annoyed.
Maybe they are preparing Range Rover customer service for the people that can only afford a 30k Evoke.

but, i'm not surprised with this from LR...

If its not as they advertised take it to your local trading standards.

Or write to watchdog.

Or reply to them telling them that the outcome is not satisfactory and send them the screen shots and CC the email in to watchdog and trading standards... stand back and awit the the response.. All appropriately worded.. Or a dirty protest outside Lode lane and invite central news along  2010 Disco XS TDV6, 2009 Freelander 2 GS
