Might explain the random drop and how the sensor could be the culprit. It doesn't always drop (hence thread title!) but I want to know if it's a slow leak. I went to the car four times yesterday and measured the height and it was stable all day. But some days like earlier this week, it will be on the bumps. I think the Periodic Re-leveling coupled with a bad sensor/connection fits the symptoms. Also the code ^ does not say LH or RH which is weird. . Your screenshot says "rear right height sensor".... . I had mine out a week ago when swapping front and rear valve blocks tracking down the reason for the front lowering overnight.

I am a big believer in undersealing and mine will be getting the full treatment once I know how she goes , for me it protects electrics and b/pipes etc from corrosion
