Still learning what all the bells and whistles do, but my seat doesn't seem to have electrically adjustable head rest, when the passenger seat does?
I have tried to adjust manually, but it feels like its doesn't want to budge, am I missing a trick or a button somewhere?

Its definitely electric buttons the same one that reclines the back of the seat. It's the little black button that has 4 arrows on it up down left right.
up down is the headreast left right is back of the seat.

This is a North American model but your's should be the same mirrored:



Do you see a headrest adjustment button on your's just like this one? It's the small button up high with the UP/DOWN arrows on it.

If it's not working I have found the connection wire in the rear of the seat had come lose.
