A few days in with my 2018 AB

Here's mine...

I like it, apart from having SIM card issues and dealer delivered with broken executive rear seat with no ETA from Land Rover for a fix.

Thats a cracking looking car. The paint colour looks fantastic and compliments the black wheels (and other areas of gloss black all around the car) very well.

Superb Thumbs Up

It is a great car... but it's close to going back. The dealer is no further along in fixing the issues and the lack of commitment and open ended "wait for more news" approach they've had for the last 4 weeks is now becoming real problem.

I would have thought a dealer having to accept a rejection process would be a real issue for them - they seem to be un-phased by it

With these faults on a brand new car, you have to ask where JLR's quality control people were when this one passed them by!

No real surprise on the dealer attitude either.....they assume they can sell anything and you should be grateful that they've deemed you suitable to receive one of their cars !

They're not phased by the issues because they've seen them all (and more) before!

Mike

There has been an issue with my rear seats when they aren't properly latched after a seat fold. This essentially disables all control to the rear seats from the touchscreen etc. If you use the seat fold buttons in the boot to 'reset' it - this should work. Hopefully it's that issue?

I'll chip in here and offer a swap for my son's Fiesta with calorie burning manual wheel adjustment. Laughing

Stunning car by the way.

Steve.
