Evoque wheels on an L322

Hi all, my first "proper" post so be gentle! I know it must get boring for you experienced guys who say "do a search" but this site is massive. As a total newcomer to Range Rovers its like converting to Christianity then someone throwing a bible at you and saying "read that"....

Anyhow I have just bought a 2009 3.6 Autobiography and have been really taken with pictures of a similar car fitted with Evoque 8.5x20 wheels.

Can you tell me if there are any offset issues or need for hub rings etc when swapping around wheels within the Land Rover stable? Is there a wiki. sticky or website with a cross fitment guide? I see much confusion on this section of the forum...

I never knew evoque wheels would fit on an l322.

You'll have to find the offset / pcd and compare with l322 wheels. They may be fitted with adaptors on the above vehicle.

I'd be concerned about weight rating though as the l322 is nearly 3 tonnes and I reckon an evoque is probably not much more than half of that.

Evoque wheels won’t fit on a Range Rover full fat not even with a hammer Thumbs Up

Those wheels are 22” style 508 Range Rover sport wheels, and they should fit the full fat..

Aha! Thankyou I thought they looked more like 21s or 22s. I was led astray by this advert also mind which lists 20 inch "style 508" fitting Evoque and RR, with L322 tyre sizes...

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20-Style-508-Al...SwiOVbbWnb

Good point about the loading from inferior models also!

This car is starting to look a good buy at the price - a few grands worth of wheels ad side steps, wish I had waited a while before purchasing my AB Confused

Stock Evoque wheels will not fit on a FFRR. The bolthole pattern is different.

It’s a great philosophy to live by Very Happy

If it can’t be fixed by a hammer, give up and walk away... Laughing ______________________________

I would hazard a guess they are fake Chinese copies not OE JLR wheels as they just don't look quite right... Tyres look like they are 35 profile too which is another give away... Thumbs Up

Oh and welcome along to the nuthouse sir... Thumbs Up
