advice on changing rear suspension bush

Hi all

just wanted to see if anyone had any advice for changing a rear upper control arm suspension bush, i am planning on changing my creaking bush next week. Has anyone on here done this already and have any tips?

Use a piece of threaded rod and a couple of large washers to pull it through

there is a tool to do it, my mate tried and it was not easy, hard enough to it get out and harder to get the new one back V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
