Cam Cover Gaskets 2006 AJV8 Replacement

I am trying to get the heads up on replacing my cam cover gaskets for my model L322. There is really good infor for earlier BMW engines but not my model it has the ford/jag engine and is different
Has anyone done this model and or have info on the steps.
