Its two horn sounders , most likely one has died.

I had something very similar with a RR Sport a few years ago. After it had been washed by the dealer the horn sounded like an old moped but started working again after about a week. I did suspect water ingress that dried out but do let us know where you get to with this. |

They are behind the grille on a UK L405 sir... Very easy to change, 4 clips and the grille pulls off and then the horn "cassette" is held in place by a torx drive screw in the middle... |
