Are the 3 collision mitigation by braking parameters set?

I experienced mine working whilst using CC at 100 kph on a rural road when a vehicle ahead had mostly pulled off the left of the road just after the start of a bend to the right. I had started to steer to the right to give more clearance when forward alert sounded as it often does in traffic which I ignore then my vehicle braked very aggressively. If I hadn't stomped on the accelerator I think that my car would have stopped or almost stopped in time. This wasn't good for the vehicle behind that had been travelling too close for my liking, which afterwards kept its distance.

I set 2 of them to gen 1 like your pics but I didn’t see the 3rd. It has forward alert standard and the acc brakes the car fine down to 20mph or what ever it is till crusie turns off. When I activate the queue assist I get no faults displaying or anything but when I try to set crusie nothing happens. It’s the 5.0 s/c that didn’t make a difference does it?

Collision mitigation by braking - fitted, further up the list.

The 5.0 uses a separate CC ecu whereas the 4.4's CC is provided by the ecm so the 5.0's ACC s/w might not have been as developed as the 4.4's. Is your ACC ecu's s/w at the latest L322 level? My 4.4's ECM s/w is still as built in April 12, not at the latest level.

IID tool did say there was a update for the acc ecu but when I clicked on it it didn’t do anything. I’ll have another look in the settings next weekend. Cheers for the help

You would have to purchase an update from Gap as they're not free.
