I've never understood why anyone would want to retract a tow bar. Please would you help me out here?

Having upgraded the infotainment system the negatives seem to be far fewer with my FF.
I love:-
Adaptive cruise
Cooled seats all round
Massage seats (front)
Sat nav in front of driver
Double sun visor
Fridge
Seat base adjustment fore and aft
Opening glass roof panel
Electric deployable tow bar (Shins intact)
Sound system (825w)
Apple Carplay
Customisable home screens
Configurable mood lighting (feels different every time you change it)
Electric boot/Gesture boot (Really handy more times than you think)
TDV8
Winged headrests
Remote heat
App controlled cooling/heating
Incontrol touch pro sat nav sync
Don't love:-
Headlights are pretty naff
Reversing lights naff too
Very little interior storage (The only reason to upgrade to an 18MY (except the matt walnut wood trim which I just love))
Some of this is optional, some isn't but I have no clue what is and just love my FF for what it has. I can't think of anything it needs to make it better now I've added my new wheels, grill and side vents.
Happy as a pig in Censored
Very Happy Thumbs Up

Basically this Laughing

Next best accompanying gadget is raising or lowering the car with the remote fob when you're trying to hitch a trailer & the jockey wheel is at the end of its travel.

Engine off (I think)
Hazard lights on
Doors closed

On the key fob
Hold down the lower left button (looks like a headlight).
Then, while holding that button down, press and hold either the upper right button (to raise) or the lower right button (to lower)

Thumbs Up

Not really, the lower tailgate’s always open when I access the boot, so I don’t get near it Thumbs Up

Oh you can definitely live without it, but seeing peoples reactions is great

I store my boat over the winter - the guy brought it out using his mini tractor, looked super confused as I reversed up without a tow bar and was amazed at the deployable thing.

He then tried to wind down the jockey wheel, but as the tractor is higher, couldn't get it low enough and was completely blown away when I raised the car.
