One EGR error cleared now a new one

Hi all i had the error P0407-21 (2D) Exhaust gas recirculation sensor B circuit low - General signal failure - signal amplitude<minimum so removed he throttle bodies and gave them a thorough cleaning and this code has now cleared but i have a new code in its place P142D-21 (2F) Exhaust gas recirculation sensor D circuit low - General signal failure - signal amplitude<minimum

So similar but a different code and sensor so it seems. Does anyone have any clues as to what the new issue is or what the sensor it refers to is? Thanks in advance Current 2007 TDV8 Vogue Buckingham Blue

Solved

For anyone that has this in the future the error was caused by the cable at the bottom of the lh (nearside) throttle body not being fully pushed on. I believe the first code was the same on the rh one. Now no fault codes! Success. Current 2007 TDV8 Vogue Buckingham Blue
