Nice cars, we have had them in the family a long time (since 1984 actually)
Royale Coupe 2.8
Opel Monza 3.0 GSE x 3
Opel Senator 2.5E

all now gone except
Opel Monza 3.0EC (sleeping in father in law's garage currently)

Hi Super7,

The pump wiring issue only applies to the 4.2sc - i had this with mine and it was easily fixed (once i'd limped it home from cornwall with the van on the back!) other than that, the 4.2sc is a fantastic tow car.

thanks

Hi Stu1, I'm new to the forum and read your experience with some interest, I had a similar experience last year when towing in Spain, I put it down to the long high altitude hill I was travelling and the hot temperatures, but maybe not! Is the supercharger pump issue a problem on the 2010 5.0 s/c or just the 4.2 s/c ? what are the wiring issues that need to be addressed?

Charles
