Rust in rear sill

Does anyone do a repair panel for the rear sill on an L322? Mine has rotted through and I need to get it done ASAP.

When I was looking for a Range Rover I considered getting one that needed some welding and painting. I didn’t find anywhere that sold repair panels for the common areas like sills and rear arches.

I can't seem to find any either. Looks like I will have to fabricate something.
