Brakes not working correctly

As above.
If I press on the brakes they work.
If I pump them a few times the pedal goes solid and brakes dont work.
I am hoping it is this break in the pipe that I understand goes to the servo.



The pipe easily slides off to reveal what I assumed was the nipple it should be attached to



On further inspection this pipe is loose and I can just remove it!



Looks like someone has done a bodge job on this before as its covered in some sort of gluey stuff



What part numbers should I be ordering for these 2 bits and will that alone solve my brake issue or could there be something else. 2003 4.4 V8 Vogue

A Trap 

Looks like someone stuck some copper brake pipe in with RVT or similar after the original broke. Don’t think you can get the fitting separately so you either buy a new intake pipe or re-hash a repair, just one that doesn’t leak!
