IID fault code C1130 Frequent activity in the up direction

Hi All

Since last weekend my RR has popped up the message 'suspension failure'. I have the code above showing on the IID tool. I have cleared it a couple of times but it keeps coming back so I assume this is the code that relates to my suspension problem.

My RR does not drop overnight or if it left to stand for a few days. So I don't think I have an air leak.

My normal commute is 15 miles and it has not given me a problem until today when it dropped to the bump stops after 8 miles. I restarted the engine an it raised back up, but did give the message 'suspension rising slowly'.

In addition when my RR was on its bump stops I could hear a clicking sound that sounded like it was coming from outside under the driver seat

Just before I started getting the 'suspension failure' message I did have the rear of the RR jacked up while I cleaned up the rear callipers (they were binding on).

Not sure where to start looking so any suggestions would be helpful

Thanks Andrew 56 TDV8 Vogue SE

I have now had my drive home and some time to look at this.

On the way home I noticed on the centre console 4x4 screen that the passenger side front seemed to drop every minute or so, then raise back up.

Tried to raise the vehicle to off road height and passenger side front will not lift. A quick check round the base of the air bag and I can feel air escaping.

Looks like after 12 years my front struts need changing 56 TDV8 Vogue SE
