A general topic for L322?

Is there a reason to not have a "general" topic for L322 like for the L405? Just wondering.

I think it is more that there is a General (L405) section, but not a general (L322) one...

you mean the title wording that doesnt include L322 ???


its been assumed that its the L322 from the introduction of the forum and the 'general L405' came in 2012'ish

Ok, I just assumed that was a general for all Range Rovers, and not specific to a particular model designation.

Happy to use that if that is what it is for.

I would take that as a general topic for every RR not just L322. Well spotted quirk!

I'm a little late to this discussion but, in my opinion, the solution is one of these three:


  • Move the "General" forum to the "Range Rover L322" grouping.
  • Rename the "General" forum to "General (L322)."
  • Add a "General (L322)" to the "Range Rover (L322)" grouping and leave the current "General" to be for all models of Full Fat Range Rovers.

Just thought I'd give another perspective as a newish member!

Interesting feedback. Like many - perhaps most- L405 owners on here I had an L322 before so don’t have an issue with the General section being 322 weighted, there will be more of them after all. Also, we might be able to respond to posts based on experience, as many of us do.
