Is retrofit of 2018 touch steering wheel buttons possible?

Has anyone tried to retro fit the steering wheel touch buttons from the 2018 model in and earlier L405? Or know if it is possible?

They look nice (not sure how they’ll look once they have a few finger prints though!).

Being smooth and virtually featureless, they lack the tactile feedback that make the earlier ones such a joy to use and easy to get the right button without having to look. The new ones are much like using a touch screen...

I think Powerful Uk tried to change them over but they wouldn't work as a straight swap Confused They did a video of it on youtube. Cheers Ian

Found the video, I think they look great and worked very well on the courtesy car I had for a few weeks, just a pity they aren't a straight swap Crying or Very sad
