Loose Wing Mirrors

Both my mirrors are "looser than a *insert here*" I've not had them apart yet, they tend to wobble back and forth under braking/accelerating.

Is there any adjustment/tightening possible?

i'd whip the mirror off and have a look..

edit..found this on the internet...
look under the mirror there is a plastic cap there .. use a screwdriver to pry off the cap.. Looking upwards into the mirror from the bottom u will see a screw with a star head.. find the right screwdriver w the star fitment and tighten .. do not over tighten as you will pop the screw.. After this your mirrors will be solid and will stop flapping around. ... - .- -.

Careful when you remove cap at bottom. I used screwdriver and broke both side clips that hold it in! DOH!!!!
