4.2 Rocker Cover gaskets?

quick one - looking at ANOTHER 4. Supercharged -checked the MOT history and it said slight oil leak from the engine. I asked the guy about this and he said it had a leaky rocker cover gasket... is this an issue or even possibly on this engine or is he having me on? I know the m62 are common for it...

I can't speak for others but no leaks on mine (late 2007, 89000 miles).

I won it on eBay - based on it being sound of course which he assured me all sounds fine except the mot says oil leak and he says it’s fixed with the gasket... Current stable:
