2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Aleutian Silver

I had it fitted yesterday including the S19A software upgrade.

It took 5 hrs and has transformed the system, the cost was £199 fitted inc VAT.

Sounds like you got yourself a bargain for anything that took 5 hours and less than £200. Did this price include the hardware? 2016 SDV8 AB

Sorry I got a bit carried away this morning, mine has the 2017 infotainment system.

It was just under £200 for CarPlay and the s19A software upgrade, the reason for the time was that the software took several attempts to go on.

I was told by the dealer they wouldn't fit it to any car pre 2018 as its was prone to causing issues, which is annoying as I am sure I saw a bulletin that my MY17 AB with touch screen pro could be installed!!

Maybe true - there were a lot of software issues with MY17 - so potentially they are afraid to touch any car that appears OK.....

You could ask a different dealer
