Am just wondering if 750kg per side car ramps would be suitable for our rangies?

This is only for using when I'm doing a service to my beast and nothing else.

Anything else (brakes etc) I normally get my local mechanic to do as I dont have the patience or tools to do properly.

I'm not sure I want to use ramps that split in two!

Be a bit careful with ramps. I used mine in the backyard on the grass and they were fine.

A bit later, I wanted to degrease the engine so I put the ramps out in the front yard which is gravel (I'm a long time British car owner, all of which marked their territory). I got the RR halfway up the ramps when one slipped sideways nearly dropped it off the ramp. I didn't degrease the engine! Ron B. VK2OTC

I have a set of the plastic ones but one piece that look the same as stans. Work really well and are very sturdy. I slip a couple of axle stands under for good measure but it's a belt and braces job. Plus the plastic ones are lighter than the metal stuff and less noisy too! Current 2007 TDV8 Vogue Buckingham Blue

One of our auto places had 25% discount on so I bought the steel ones for less than the plastic ones delivered free.

Have always had steel ones and altho the plastic ones are easy to move around,I prefer the steel ones.
