Should this pipe have a clip?

Hi all this pipe has failed me a smoke test so I have a vacuum leak here. I initially was going to buy a new pipe but now it looks the engine side is missing something to grip the pipe as it’s loose? Is it? Can it be order separately or would I be easier wiping a bead of pu glue around it?
