Hev 400e-uneven traction

Hello all! My 2 months old Phew 400e accelerates in a jerky manner in EV-mode. Completely fluent acceleration in petrol mode. Also noticed that the car occasionally moves a bit backwards i D not stepping on the brake pedal i EV-mode. This never occurs in petrol mode.
