Interior Plastic trim paint

I have repaired a split in part of my tailgate interior trim which is ivory or parchment and I now want to spray paint it.

Can anyone recommend a paint to use? Also how do I find out what the actual trim colour is? My vehicle details say that my trim is Jet/Jet/Jet E/Ox. No mention of Ivory or Parchment.
