Both rear tyres wearing outer edges down

Have just got in from an hour under the car and given everything a really good levering, with the car jacked up and the rear wheels removed i expected to see some movement in either the bushes or the rose joints on the rear suspension however everything is rock solid.

Do i need to take the weight off them or do anything else to test ?or should i just bite the bullet and send it in for a full wheel alignment?

When were the bushes and rose joints last changed? Was a four wheel alignment done at that time ?

MOT usually testers check with wheels in the air .

It seems strange to me that the anti-roll bar should have any influence on tire wear, as it does not affect wheel geometry.
Is it outer edges on both sides? You are ofcourse certain the air pressure is correct? 2007 L322 3.6 TDV8 Stornoway

Mine was only wearing on one edge (outside) there is no noticeable wear since we did the anti roll bars so I assume it was having an influence on the tyres we didn’t touch anything else on the rear. We did do front and rear roll bars as the links were all worn.

Turned out as you all rightly advised to be the rear ball joints, I spent an afternoon under the back end, had it realigned and everything is good
