No working Check Engine light on my dash, Please Help

Hi I have a 2003 Range Rover Vogue L322 3.0 TD Auto. I brought it 6 months ago, I got it cheap due to the "Check Engine " light on the dash not lighting up. It has a LED not a bulb, and with the key is position 2 and the test button on the cluster held, the "Check Engine Light" works. But when you go to start the car, it does not light up.

I have put my OBD11 on it, and no faults. Can any one help ?.
Thanks
Jason

Very tough road , makes you think and ponder on life when you get news like that. I'm actually sitting in a skin cancer clinic right now waiting for 30 stiches to be taken out after some surgery on my face last friday. There goes the modeling career Laughing stay positive because it could always be worse Thumbs Up 2015 4.4 AB

Morning - sorry to hear about things not being great for you - I do hope things get better.

Regarding the cluster I swapped it and started it it all seemed to work BUT the tamper dot is on as the mileage is out so you’d need to live with this or fix the dot. Mine is an 07 so slightly different but imagine it would be the same for you. Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF
