Not far at all, we used to have a horse stabled at Newstead Abbey until recently so have spent plenty of time on the Linby trail.

My other half’s family have lived or had holidays in the area for generations, before I had a daughter and dogs we always had fairly fun cars, RX8, 350Z, 335 xDrive etc and it was always a pleasure to make the journey.

Yes I remember the meeting a few years ago, don't think anything has sold since. I used to know Hugh who built most of the bungalows in Fairbourne

Lee,
We are staying at the Oakley Arms before the event .(Near Ffestiniog)
The reception is at the nearby Snowdonia centre , but the ceremony church is near Pwhelli.
We have met up today in Caernarfon (Sorry for any spelling mistakes)
It is about a 30 minute drive from church to venue.
