360 camera module location help needed

Hi all,

Urgently need some help in locating the camera module on my L405 2013... all I could find online was a reference to it being behind the passenger seat...
I think it may be in the floor under the seat.

If anyone can source a wiring diagram or exploded view I'd be grateful.

Had intermittent camera issues for ages now, 4 new cameras later, it's still intermittent

Kind regards
Charles

Stan you sir are a gent!

Much appreciated, it certainly helps... if only I knew how to remove the rear seat to access it now Big Cry

I thought it was under the passenger seat, but it looks like it's under the rear bench seat.

I previously had the rear boot side panels off and it was not in there. I did have a chance to admire the engineering of the entirely stand alone HVAC system for the rear passengers. I didn't realise it was a complete unit with its own matrix and AC condenser etc. No wander the AC is outstanding in the car Smile

Thank you both. Very very much appreciated. I now have all my cameras working again! Very Happy

It was behind the trim next to the rear seat, that required 2 8mm bolts to be removed, and then the leather stitched pannel can be removed. Took all of 10mins + my OCD leather cleaning of course.

Cant believe I've paid landrover £1860 so far to replace all of my cameras and then tell me there is a wiring fault and the whole loom needs inspecting, and all it took was a new module.

One very happy happy with fault free camera systems

Thanks again Thumbs Up

I'd be going back into Land Rover and speaking to a manager armed with the Special Service Message Bulletin, it's a known fault hence the service bulletin, they should have gone straight for the module. It is not even model specific so the techs should have encountered this fault before. I'd be wanting some money back. Current

I haven't had this issue with my L405, but did have it with my L320. I ended up fixing it by unplugging all of the cameras at their individual locations, cleaning the plugs with isopropyl Alcohol Spray with a plastic bristle brush and putting a light dab of lithium grease. After that, I never experienced another Flicker or pink screen from any of the cameras. I think the connectors don't really seal very well especially in climates where we have snow and lots of water. Hope this helps. Free99 is always a good thing.
