i think the dealer might be right....you could try prising off the knob and see... ... - .- -.

Their is a member who has bought a secondhand unit and stripped it to remove the sat nav hard disk.

I’m interested to know how come the button gets used so much? Do you turn it on and off every-time you use the car? Regards
