You can get some really good quality replacement cases off Ebay, they've got the electronics inside but you can swap those and the key over with your existing ones. Drives:

Mine went the same way. The glue fails. I bought clam shell covers on ebay which cover just the back and the sides. Only take a few seconds to fit and hold it all together no problem

i use a key condom on mine, it stops the key jingling on the metal part of the fob,

I went with genuine LR replacement cases, part no. LR078921 which you can buy online for about a tenner. The later versions don’t have the separate rubber outer covering which detaches over time.

Piece of cake to switch the internals over from your old key.
