Stop Start

Hello all. I have had the RR AB 3.0 for four days now and the stop start has not kicked in once. My wife has a 2017 67 plate Vogue 4.4 and that kicks in at any given opportunity!

Any ideas why it is not cutting out at the lights or when stopping ?

My seatbelt is on! (I know that can stop it).

Could be a low battery - or something deliberate
