How the heck does this remove ?? 2012 TDV8 4.4



Anyone know how this removes ?? I've turned it anti clock and it pulls up an inch, then thats it, There must be something more to it ? Anyone know ?

Sorry but I am on holiday at present, 2000 miles away from B.B, or I would post a video showing that it really does just turn 1/4 turn then pull off.
Try turning it a bit as you pull.
It’s just like removing a bayonet fitting bulb.

If I remember correctly, you push down against a spring seal, turn about a quarter turn anti-clockwise, then pull up and off.

The bayonet is like a "J".

Mine would turn but only move up a few mm.

It was just stuck on and required more force that you would expect.
