Your front sensors also come on when you select reverse sir...

JLR deemed it not worth continuing with and dropped that function on the D4 sir Thumbs Up

Just a though here Shocked

My car has an aftermarket trailer module... is it possible that could reroute it to be button only as it would be a pain with a trailer on? Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF

Ahh, that might be the issue! Unplug the module and try it?

Yes, my front sensors are switched on when the car is put in to reverse. I just prefer the way it works on the D3 where the front sensors are automatically on.

No way to change it in CCF?

No Giles... My guess was either, it was a Ford trade marked thing? Or owners complained about the sensors coming on automatically in traffic! It did use to bug me in my old D3 HSE and i never used the car for commuting! Thumbs Up
