I wasn’t aware there was a LHD version Smile

No - not aware of any setting - however I have nt found it a major hardship to reach across to the left hand side to select items from the menu bar ...

I have a question, buttons on steering wheel next/prev works with navtool or only vol + / vol -?

Maybe they will have extra price for black Friday.

Steering wheel +/- volume only (it's using the aux-in for sound). Other control is via the touchscreen.

It seems pretty good.. I haven't had any real issues and I haven't found myself shouting abuse at the screen like I do with my 67 plate Mercedes E class which is really slow and painful ...

I got mine last week and have tried fitting it this week. (Thanks for the advice, Chris Thumbs Up ). The OSD is excellent and does everything the video says.

However, I am having a serious problem with the audio. It is severely distorted and, despite redoing the various connections several times I still have no success.

I have tried to use the online chat but the delay in replying can be hours (or not at all). I have just phoned customer support but when I explained the problem the response was that he wasn't technical. He asked what vehicle and when I told him he repeated that he wasn't technical but that there are four RCA wires (I can only see two?) and to cut two of them. When I queried that he said, "Wait for an email" and then cut the call. He was rather abrupt throughout.

It is very frustrating as I really like the system and would very much like to get it up and running.

Chris, ctjfb, has got his running properly and is obviously pleased with it.

The irony is that, as I type this, I have three emails from Navtool promoting their Black Friday sale. John
