So the body lean warning message was a corroded anti roll bar pipe which emptied the dynamic reservoir.

Yes it is a local car supplied and owned up here in Aberdeenshire.
I have a Dinitrol kit ready to do the underside when i get a chance.
My 322 looked very shabby underneath and was what encouraged me to move on to a newer car.
As and when i get the chance i intend to paint/protect the underside and components.

Got to say I love this car covered a 400 mile round trip at the weekend and it was effortless and very stress free.
Well almost stress free.

Arrived in Duns for the Jim Clark Rally, stopped to catch up with some friends before heading off to marshal two stages.
Jumped in started car and put it in drive and the dashboard lit up with errors telling me the park brake had failed, “please press foot brake and apply park brake to recalibrate”
So tried that but just kept getting warning bongs and messages.
Tried to drive but park brake was applied.
Park brake on/off, ignition on/off with no change.
Released park brake, pit it in park, Shut car down, locked it and stomped off, returned 5 minutes later, started car and no warnings and brake was off, drove to stage and didn’t use the park brake for the rest of the day.
Once back home tried park brake again with same result!
Air bag warning light is on constantly.
Steering wheel off centre.
4x4 info screen when at standard height it shows offside front higher than the other 3 corners.
While it is still in warranty with supplying garage i’m avoiding self diagnosis with the IID tool but the gloss is definitely off the ownership so far as the car has spent more time in garage than on my drive and it seems everytime i get it back i get a day of driving before another fault rears!
Love the car when it is working but so far it has only been fault free for 3 days since i bought it!

Can check and see if the car has been repaired by insurance? Not asking about write off. Check door to door and panel to panel. Notice of there id any paint difference.

A lot of cars are insurance repaired i.e. they get into minor accident then insurance fixes it. It is always a bad job as you can imagine insurance wants the car out asap.

Guys, do not buy expesnive cars that have been repaired!

Quick update.
Offside park servo motor replaced, tracking adjusted and wiring under the seats checked.
Get the call to come and collect the car, then get a call “umm after we washed it and drove it round to the front for you to collect the park brake error has popped up again”
So back to the workshop it went.
Cleared the fault and tested the brake multiple times and all was good, but they had a suspicion the washing was the problem so to prove it they washed the car again and yep parking brake fault reappeared.
Still in workshop as they are trying to find out the problem.

Looks like no need to reject.

They found a wire going to the park brake service motor had worn and was shorting when it got wet or the suspension was moved.
New wire fitted and all good.

Have to say they have been very good, nothing has been queried or palmed off as not being a fault.

I suppose one of the benefits of buying from a locally owned garage and not a main dealer franchise.

I reiterate.... check if has smart repair done. Reject like the guy before me said.

Paying a big chunk for a smart repair car is just stupid. Sorry to be blunt.
