Hi all. I am new lol. Bought my first ffrr yesterday very much an upgrade from a discovery 2 it’s a 2011 vogue se 4.4tdv8

I have a few Niggles with it but I used this to bring the price down.

The first one I am looking at fixing myself if I can is the parking sensors. They don’t work not at all. There no light on the switch and no sound to indicate there not working. I ve checked the fuse and it’s all ok and the reverse camera works when needed as to the other four cameras. Any pointers. Fuse I checked was In then boot. Would removing the switch be next ?

Check the parking module in the rear near side cubby, mine had condensation in it & it packed up.
Easy enough to remove & check inside for any water dammage.

No should be other side under the nav dvd (at least mine was on 2012 model when I had a similar issue).

No, it's the opposite side. Left side as you stand at the rear.

thanks for all the help took the unit out and it was full of water

shall purchase a new one hopefully it fixes the issue
