What am I missing here - or more to the point - why shouldn't I buy this car tomorrow.

65 plate, 57k mile MY16 Euro6 4.4AB in Carpathian Grey with black roof, Ivory Interior. Almost every toy except the 1700W stereo - so HUD, Sliding roof, deployable sidesteps, IR windscreen, Park assist (perpendicular and parallel) RSE, wood wheel electric recline rear seats etc etc. The only things on the Topix printout that are LESS are lane control and traffic sign recognition.

2k contribution from dealer brings the price to £35k. They've offered second year warranty to me at cost (£720 apparently) and deliver the car to me and take mine away for free. Using my L322 as deposit as no interest on for sale forum.

Going to sign their finance to get the contribution then refinance next day on a lease purchase at 5.5%.

Fight for year 2 warranty for free? I can't seem to find another main dealer car for the same money so worried I'm missing something..

The first year’s warranty extension on mine will be around £1,050, without LR Assist. I’d take their offer on that.

Assuming the PX is reasonable - it seems a very keen price

Don’t know what you L322 is worth but all the rest of the numbers stack up to me.

I'd go for it. Paid a fair bit more than that for a 2013 AB last year

Sounds good ! I'd encourage you to go for it but with some negotiating on the second year warranty. Either included "free" or with some more discount on it. Best of luck and hope all works out. Sounds a great car ! Current

When i purchased mine they would not move any further on the price so i then moved to having the second yr of warranty included... Twas a hard struggle! Alas the closer to the end of month it became, he bent more & more...

Have gone in and asked for the second year for 250 quid. They've discovered they didn't have the service record for '16 and '17 as it was serviced elsewhere so the sales guy is phoning random London dealerships! They found the 17 one so am playing sit tight and wait to see if they get the 16 one and go for it on the warranty... got approved for nice cheap replacement money today as well.. nearly there.

It's missing from the online portal - the other dealership(s) appeared not to have uploaded them. Others appear to have seen the same thing happen.

They’re still hunting for the ‘16 service - and are utterly useless as telling me they’re doing anything - “we’ll run the finance before we go home today sir” - followed by utter silence. Nothing yesterday at all until I phone at 4 - “oh yes sir we’ve placed calls and got your form”...
