Obviously can't be sure if this is the case here, but so often businesses employ managers who focus so much on cost cutting they forget about profit generation. The profit from sales to Forums such as this get lost in the general turnover from parts inventory, but it's dead easy to show the saving of not replacing an employee. But, it doesn't alter the fact that profit will have gone down. I wonder...... Drives:
