All my controls/buttons on the steering wheel have packed up - except for the Heated steering wheel button on the bottom RHS. has any one had this problem before ? I'm hoping its just a fuse. Any recommends as how to fault find this would be grateful.

hi thought I would give an update on this. All that needed to be done was a 'tech update' listed below from the invoice =

CARRY OUT SDD DIAGNOSTICS AND CLEAR ALL FAULT CODES
READ FAULT CODES FOUND NEEDS FULL UPDATES AND BATTERY RESET
UPDATE PCM MODULE
UPDATE BODY CONTROL MODULE
UPDATE STEERING WHEEL MODULE




Forgot to mention in my original post that the Horn and the Heated Steering wheel button both still worked - all the other buttons did not. 2010 3.6 TDV8 Vogue
