Bluetooth connectivity issue

Hi

The car bluetooth is working perfectly fine, but each time I connect my phone (iPhone X) via the USB the bluetooth connection gets disconnected and no way of playing songs from phone. I have tried choosing USB/ iPod options from media but none of this picks up the phone.

So my query is can you play music via bluetooth once you connect you phone to usb in the car? or is this function not available? Thanks Current

It's weird because sometimes after I've played Apple music with the iPhone plugged into the USB, the next time I get in the car it plays the Apple music via Bluetooth. Not every time though. All LR cars from 1984

My 2014 AB plays BT from the iPhone very well, although will refuse to connect one out of twenty times.
