steering reach motor

Have been having a few problems with the steering reach motor, namely doesnt want to come out. Big Cry

Have got it out to where I like it and wondered if I pull the fuse for it (23), it will stop the motor from functioning.

I did notice that fuse 20 is also linked to the steering wheel as well as driver's seat,do I need to pull that one as well?

TIA

Disconnect the wiring connector to that motor not the fuse - accessible under the leathercloth shroud.
My tilt motor problem was managed by the previous owner in the same way. Paul,
