& idiots to operate them - I've yet to have a job go straightforward with such establishments.

The only reason I have anything to do with them is because my wife's mobility car has to go there to have odd tyres fitted...... 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6

I’m with you on the employing idiots. I’m more thinking on the lines of if they scratched or marked my new alloys they may have all the insurance in check to put things right. All the chain firms are going to be the same unless you go to a smaller outfit and hope they’ve got the ways n means to get the job done properly lol.

In far gone days when I used such an establishment for a job on my personal vehicle they damaged the floor pan jacking it up !
They admitted liability on the spot & gave me a phone number to call to get it sorted. The number was for a loss adjusters who immediately accepted the main dealers quote, arranged for a loan vehicle & settled directly with the dealers. Strangely, their was no mention at all of the offending company on any of their paperwork, just "our clients". 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6
