Anyone know if this is the common rail plug. Bought a chip box from ebay but I think they've sent me the wrong one.

If this is the plug then I have the wrong box. It's hard to tell in the pic but that was unplugged from the back end of the engine (a complete pain in the arse to get off!)

Thats probably it, if it was top, centre rear of the engine up against the bulkhead, with a peice of foam on the wire to plug the hole it came from.

Amazing! was averaging 21-23, after next tank averaged 28.5. Got 34mpg on a 40 mile round trip on dual carridgeways. Got to be said all steady driving. Picks up much better and pulls much harder. All in all very impressed. Hope you get the same results.

What make was your box Sean? I've gone down the cheap as chips route and bought one from Italy... My Previous RR's!

It was about £186 delivered.
The only reason i chose them was because the price seemed reasonable and they are based in the north east, not too far from me.

but the box used was over £300, so I looked for a more reasonable option. I am however getting similar results.
