L322 Rear Parking Sensor fallen in

Hi all,

One of my rear parking sensors has fallen in behind the bumper and it's driving me mad.

Is there an easy way to access these to repair/replace?

2010 L322

Thanks!

Take the bumper off, there's a connector at the R.H. side for all of the wiring, once remover, fit the sensor back into it's mount, if the mount is broken, clean the area and add some epoxy resin around the sensor. Refit, job done, should take about an hour to do. BMW i3 Electric Car

Thanks AJGalaxy2012, unfortunately that 1 hour job took most of the weekend lol

I have an autobiography and as I learnt the exhaust tips are connected to the bumper, with the heat from the exhaust the bolts and screws holding the exhaust tips in were.. shall we say.. rather difficult to get off. There were a few casualties which have since been replaced Shocked
