More good service from an Indie

My front brakes have been troublesome recently, in particular the NSF sounds like its 'graunching'. Not even sure if that's a real word but that what it sounded like. Popped into my local Indie garage, mechanic comes out for a short spin with me.

"Sounds like a graunching noise" he says....

I smiled Very Happy

Anyway, 45 mins later, the head honcho hands me back the keys and says "The problem was the pads, we've replaced them with a different brand to the ones we fitted last time, no charge to you, sorry for the inconvenience"

You could have knocked me over with a feather. Excellent customer service, I was fully prepared to have to cough up too as it had been 10,000 miles and nearly a year since the pads had been done.
