Phone contacts not showing on screen

Hi, I am new to the forum. Just picked up 2017 L405. I do like it and have no issues except my phone contacts don’t show on the main screen when connected by Bluetooth.



Is there something I am not doing correctly or do I need to go visit the dealer?
Thanks in advance for any info...
