Soft close doors minus drivers side

Still early days on my L405 but i seem to have soft close doors bar the drivers door? Is there a setting for that or is it just not working

Sometimes they are deactivated for transportation and then not all 4 doors are reactivated .

There is a separate motor for the soft close... We fit a fair few of them... Whistle Rolling Eyes

Hi Craig,
I have this problem with just the drivers door soft close. In your experience, is it worth trying a new motor or is there a way of testing the original one first?
