Now onto rear mudflaps

Think I've sorted in my mind about side steps & front flaps [thanks darrenm] & now turn my attentions to the rear flaps.
I've found two sets that look ok to me, unfortunately they both require drilling of the rear bumper which is going to cause a semi mental breakdown [hate the idea of drilling into bodywork] but once I'm over that I'll be fine Laughing
Before anyone says "well don't fit them then!" I tow a caravan & think rear flaps would stop muck & debris being thrown backwards.
If anyone has any recommendations then I'd love to hear from you.

Thanks in anticipation.

Just fit them without drilling. The fixings to the inner wheelarch area should hold them in place. My 08 had rear flaps fitted this way.

You could always use some soft glue.

In terms of drilling, it is only a plastic bumper, so not the end of the world, and if the mudflaps have to come off for whatever reason a couple of small grommets won't look too out of place. Just make sure you measure twice, cut once to get the holes in the correct place. .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

They are easy to fix and only took me about 1 hour to fit it’s made a massive difference as the rear bumper / sides are always clean

That's the PowerfulUK advert I've looked at, thought they were very reasonably priced.
Thanks for that. 2012 Orkney Grey Westminster 4.4TDV8 with Ivory interior.........nice!
