i am in Australia, i have been waiting for parts to arrive from the UK and trying to order other parts.
i got an email to day saying they cannot ship from the UK.
is this the case for every one, or just this company's policy

Hi, you did not state who you are using? I found that direct contact with rob@duckworth.co.uk worked very well?

International Post is running as normal, I sent something via Royal Mail overseas a few days ago.
Other couriers may vary so depends which couriers they are using.

i didnt want to say who i was using, they are properly doing there best in these times.
i find duckworths very hard to use, only four items in there list of parts for range rover.
i did ring dan @ duckworths once, found him very helpfull and was very happy with the deal, but the line was terrible. RR 2005 4.4 petrol

Hi Knares, I sent a package overseas using Royal Mail, no car parts involved. Was just trying to give you an idea that the mail service is working. It does depend on whichever parts supplier's shipping company.
